Clone this Repository
git clone https://github.com/especializati/quick-start-laravel-8-and-adminlte4.git my-project
Create the .env file
cd my-project/
cp .env.example .env
Update environment variables in .env
APP_NAME="Name Your Project"
APP_URL=http://localhost:8080
DB_CONNECTION=mysql
DB_HOST=mysql
DB_PORT=3306
DB_DATABASE=name_you_want_db
DB_USERNAME=root
DB_PASSWORD=root
CACHE_DRIVER=redis
QUEUE_CONNECTION=redis
SESSION_DRIVER=redis
REDIS_HOST=redis
REDIS_PASSWORD=null
REDIS_PORT=6379
Up containers
docker-compose up -d
Access the container
docker-compose exec laravel_8 bash
Install project dependencies
composer install
Generate the Laravel project key
php artisan key:generate
Access the project http://localhost:8080
