Features and notes of implementation

• Keeping generated files in a place that nginx can find them (2 ways to do this)
  1. Make nginx use more than one document root

  1. Somehow keep track of files that aren't ready yet. If a file isn't ready, wait (hang the connection) and respond with 302 when it's done
  2. Somehow keep track of files that aren't ready yet. If a file isn't ready, omit the Content-Length header and stream the file to the client (or use chunked encoding) until either the file hasn't been written to in some time (timeout) or when the file is (somehow) marked as done, close the connection
